摘要 教育数字化转型是当前教育改革的热点,也是未来教育创新的发展趋势。新兴技术与教育的深度融合,给教师职业带来新机遇的同时,也使教师面临新挑战,不可避免地给教师带来工作负担加重的风险。在教育数字化转型背景下,教师面临技术焦虑、技术异化以及角色迷茫等新型负担风险。应警惕数字化转型带来的教师“增负”问题,并从政策引导支持、提升教师数字素养、制定教师减负清单、优化智能教育装备等方面纾解教师负担。 The digital transformation of education is the focus of the current education reform,and it is also the development trend of education innovation in the future.The deep integration of emerging technologies and education not only brings new opportunities to the teaching profession,but also makes teachers face new challenges,which inevitably brings the risk of increased work burden to teachers.In the context of the digital transformation of education,teachers face new burden risks such as technology anxiety,technology alienation and role confusion.It is necessary to be alert to the problem of the"increased burden"on teachers brought about by digital transformation,and relieve teachers′burden from the aspects of policy guiding and supporting,improving teachers′digital literacy,making the list of teachers′burden reduction and optimizing the intelligent educational equipment.
