The digital transformation of education is the focus of the current education reform,and it is also the development trend of education innovation in the future.The deep integration of emerging technologies and education not only brings new opportunities to the teaching profession,but also makes teachers face new challenges,which inevitably brings the risk of increased work burden to teachers.In the context of the digital transformation of education,teachers face new burden risks such as technology anxiety,technology alienation and role confusion.It is necessary to be alert to the problem of the"increased burden"on teachers brought about by digital transformation,and relieve teachers′burden from the aspects of policy guiding and supporting,improving teachers′digital literacy,making the list of teachers′burden reduction and optimizing the intelligent educational equipment.
