人工智能时代教师角色的“变”与“不变” 被引量:1

The"Changing"and"No-changing"of the Teacher′s Role in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 在教育数字化战略不断推进的过程中,伴随着人工智能与教育领域的深度融合,教师职业的独立性面临着多样化学习渠道消解教师知识权威、精确智能诊断削弱教师评价话语权、凸显学生自主性的泛在化学习新样态边缘化教师中心地位等全方位的挑战。然而面对这些挑战,教师依然是教育教学的关键主体,具有不可替代性,因为教师闪烁着的人性光芒是建立师生间复杂情感交流,完成对学生思维训练、道德培养的前提,教师在师生交往中的思想主导性、情感感召力、德性智慧是培养完整的人关键的要素。在人机协同育人的新模式下,教师角色应持续放大围绕教育交往性的专业特性,逐渐减弱围绕知识的工具性特性,成为技术赋能教学的新技术应用者与创新者、学生实现自我教育的引路人、终身学习提升专业能力的探求者、以落实立德树人根本任务为遵循的教育价值坚守者。 In the process of continuously advancing the educational digitization strategy,along with the deep integration of artificial intelligence and education,the independence of the teaching profession is facing all-round challenges,such as the elimination of teachers′knowledge authority through diversified learning channels,the weakening of teachers′evaluation discourse power through accurate intelligence diagnosis,and the marginalization of teachers′central position in the new form of ubiquitous learning that highlights students′autonomy.However,in the face of these challenges,teachers are still the key subjects of education and teaching,which can not be replaced,because the glory of human nature of teachers is the premise for establishing complex emotional communication between teachers and students and completing students′thinking training and moral cultivation.Teachers′ideological dominance,emotional appeal and moral wisdom in teacher-student interactions are the key elements for cultivating complete individuals.Under the new model of human-computer collaborative education,the role of teachers should continue to enlarge the professional characteristics around educational communication,gradually weaken the instrumental characteristics around knowledge,and become the user and innovator of new technology in technology-enabled teaching,the guide for students to achieve self-education,the explorer of lifelong learning to improve professional ability,and the defender of educational value to carry out the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating people.
