我国科研院所党建工作研究现状、热点与趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Research Status,Hot Spots and Trends of Party Building in China′s Scientific Research Institutes,Based on CiteSpace Visual Analysis

文章以2012—2021年中国知网(CNKI)中主题为“科研院所+党建”的文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace软件对文献特征、热点议题和发展趋势进行可视化分析。结果表明:以“科研院所+党建”为主题发表文章的数量整体呈上升趋势;作者和机构之间的合作不够紧密,有待进一步加强;大范围的研究规模尚未形成;热点关键词包括党建工作、科研院所、党建等;未来趋势集中于党建引领科研院所进行脱贫攻坚成果巩固拓展、国企科研院所改革。因此,科研院所党建工作要强化交流合作、要坚定不移地与党中央保持高度一致。

Taking the literature with the theme of"scientific research institutes and party building"in CNKI from 2012 to 2021 as the research object,a visual analysis of literature characteristics,hot spots and development trends was made using CiteSpace.The results showed that the number of documents issued with the theme of"scientific research institutes and party building"is on the rise.The cooperation between authors and institutions needs to be strengthened.A large-scale research trend has not yet formed.Hot key words include the work of party building work,scientific research institutes,party building,etc.The future trend will focus on party building leading scientific research institutes to consolidate and expand achievements in poverty alleviation and reform of scientific research institutes of state-owned enterprises.As a result,the work of party building in scientific research institutes needs to strengthen exchanges and cooperation,party building should unswervingly maintain a high degree of consistency with the Central Committee of the Communist Party.
