宽体客机复合材料加筋板根部对接分离面设计

摘要 为了对客机机翼根部分离面进行设计,首先对先进客机A350飞机和B787飞机的机翼加筋壁板根部对接结构形式、传载效率和工艺特性进行详细工程应用分析和技术总结,然后进行两种典型单根长桁加筋壁板根部对接试验验证。立足国内技术储备现状得出了复合材料加筋壁板根部对接需解决的技术难题和工程应用方向建议。研究成果可为大尺寸复合材料加筋壁板根部对接设计提供借鉴和参考。 In order to design the wing root separation surface of passenger aircrafts,firstly,the structure form,load transfer efficiency and technological characteristics of wing stiffened panel butt-joint of advanced passenger aircraft A350 and B787 are analyzed and summarized in detail,and then two typical single girder stiffened panel butt-joint tests are carried out.Based on the present situation of domestic technology reserve,the technical problems to be solved in the joint of composite stiffened panel root and the suggestions of engineering application direction are obtained.The research results can provide reference for the butt-joint design of large-size composite stiffened panels.
