摘要
主要回顾了过去十年间电力电子技术在多电及混合动力推进飞机中的应用,包括功率半导体器件、固态断路器等元部件层级和各种功率变换器拓扑等架构层级。此外,研制了一种基于混合三电平有源中性点箝位(3L-ANPC)拓扑结构的兆瓦级功率变换器,并给出了相关的实验结果,为实现高效高密度多电飞机及混合推进系统提供了一个颇有前景的解决方案。
Through reviewing the application of power electronic technology in more electric aircraft and hybrid electric propulsion systems in the past ten years,including the component level of power semiconductor devices,solid-state circuit breakers and various power converter topologies,a megawatt-level power converter based on a hybrid three-level active neutral-point-clamped(3L-ANPC)topology is developed,and the related experimental results are given.A promising solution for achieving high-efficiency and high-density more electric aircraft and hybrid electric propulsion system is provided.
