悬链线理论在大弦倾角滑索设计计算中的应用

摘要 滑索理论主要有抛物线理论和悬链线理论,悬链线理论对大弦倾角滑索具有更高的计算精度。通过滑索受力特性分析,对无荷状态下悬链线方程进行详细推导,得出滑索线形的双曲余弦函数方程,进而求出滑索安装参数的计算公式。结合工程应用实例,对跨度为315 m大弦倾角滑索,设定的初始水平拉力分别为5000、7000和9000 N,计算三种水平拉力下的悬链线方程和安装参数,并绘制三种水平拉力下滑索的线形。结果表明,该方法对大弦倾角滑索的设计、制造和安装具实践参考意义。 The cable theory mainly includes parabolic theory and catenary theory,and catenary theory has higher calculation accuracy for large inclined strop ropeway.Through the analysis of the force characteristics of the strop ropeway,the catenary equation without load is derived in detail,the hyperbolic cosine function equation of the strop ropeway is obtained,and so is the calculation formula of the installation parameters of the strop ropeway.Combined with the engineering application examples,the initial horizontal tension of the large chord dip cable with a span of 315 m is set as 5000 N,7000 N and 9000 N,respectively.The catenary equations and installation parameters under the three kinds of horizontal tension are obtained,and the line shape of the strop ropeway is drawn.The results show that the method has practical reference for the design,manufacture and installation of large inclined strop ropeway.
