闭坑矿井直排钻孔排水系统优化设计

摘要 基于古书院矿、王台铺矿等晋煤集团已闭坑矿井水文地质条件复杂多变,涌水量较大且严重威胁到邻近凤凰山矿15^(#)煤层安全生产的实际,对闭坑矿井直排钻孔穿越地层展开分析,提出排水系统优化设计方案,并分析了闭坑矿井直排钻孔排水系统施工要点。应用结果表明,优化后的直排钻孔排水系统采用直排钻孔与井筒敷设排水管相结合的排水思路,通过扩建排水泵房、增多排水仓内水泵数量、增加直排钻孔排水管路等方法保证了矿井排水能力,为邻近凤凰山矿15^(#)煤层安全生产提供了保证。 Based on the fact that the hydrogeological conditions of the closed pit mines of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group,such as Gushuyuan Mine and Wangtaipu Mine,are complex and changeable,and the water inflow is large,which seriously threatens the safety production of the 15^(#)coal seam of the adjacent Fenghuangshan Mine,the analysis was carried out on the direct drainage borehole crossing the stratum in the closed pit mine,the optimization design scheme of the drainage system was proposed,and the construction points of the direct drainage borehole drainage system in the closed pit mine were analyzed.The application results show that the optimized drainage system of the direct discharge boreholes adopts the drainage idea of combining the direct discharge boreholes with the laying of drainage pipes in the shaft,which ensures the drainage capacity of the mine by expanding the drainage pump room,increasing the number of pumps in the drainage bin,and increasing the drainage pipes of the direct discharge boreholes and so on,and provides a guarantee for the safe production of 15^(#)coal seam in the adjacent Fenghuangshan Mine.
