综采工作面煤层巷道围岩控制对策

摘要 针对东庞矿6#煤层松软破碎、巷道围岩变形严重的问题,以6202工作面为工程背景,对煤层巷道破坏特征进行研究分析。由于实体煤体强度低,两帮易发生变形破坏导致顶板离层量增大,顶板离层破坏会加剧巷道两帮挤压破坏,巷道整体失稳。依据巷道破坏特征,依据强帮固定原则,采用锚梁网加锚索联合支护的支护方案,并对支护参数进行设计。实践表明,该支护方案支护效果良好,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,保障了矿井的安全生产,对该矿其他工作面具有借鉴意义。 In view of the serious deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the soft and broken 6#coal seam of Dongpang Coal Mine,taking the 6202 working face as the engineering background,this paper studied and analyzed the failure characteristics of the coal seam roadway.Due to the low strength of the solid coal body,the two sides are prone to deformation and damage,resulting in an increase in the amount of roof separation,and the roof separation damage will aggravate the extrusion damage of the two sides of the roadway,and the overall instability of the roadway occurs.According to the characteristics of roadway failure and the principle of strengthening the sides for stabilizing the roof,the support scheme of combined support of anchor beam net and anchor cable was adopted,and the support parameters were designed.The practice shows that the support effect of the support scheme is good,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled,and the safe production of the mine is guaranteed,which has reference significance for other working faces of the mine.
