摘要
以申家庄煤业N11503综采工作面15#煤层为对象,进行了高压注水防尘技术的实践应用研究。结合N11503综采工作面的地质特征,确定了煤层注水作业设备、钻孔设置、封孔形式、注水压力、注水时间等注水方案参数。监测结果表明,N11503综采工作面各区域呼尘降尘率在46.1%~58.9%之间,全尘降尘率在40.9%~50.5%之间,整体降尘效果理想,实现了预期降尘目标。
Taking No.15 coal seam of N11503 fully-mechanized mining face in Shenjiazhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the object,this paper studied the application of high-pressure water injection and dust proof technology.Combined with the geological characteristics of N11503 fully mechanized mining face,the parameters of water injection scheme such as water injection equipment,borehole setting,hole sealing form,water injection pressure and water injection time were determined.The monitoring results showed that the dust removal rate of each area of respirable dust of the mining face was 46.1%-58.9%,and the total dust removal rate was between 40.9%-50.5%.The overall dust removal effect is ideal and the expected dust removal target is achieved.
