特殊教育大学生特教情怀现状与对策研究

Research on The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Special Education College Students'Special Education Feelings

为改善特殊教育大学生特教情怀,采用问卷调查法,对来自贵州、云南、安徽的487位特殊教育大学生开展调研。结果发现,特殊教育大学生的特教情怀除关爱残疾人这一维度水平较高之外,专业认同感、专业忠诚度、教育信念的水平一般;大三特殊教育学生教育信念明显低于其余年级;观看以残疾人为主角的影视作品数量达到6部及以上的特殊教育专业大学生的专业认同感、专业忠诚度、关爱残疾人的水平显著优于观影数量不足6部的学生。建议加强大学期间特殊教育专业归属感的教育;理论授课与实践练习并行,增加成功体验机会,加强教学效能感;增加当代优秀残疾人影视作品的拍摄量和残疾人影视作品的观影量。

In order to improve the special education feelings of special education college students,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 487 special education college students from Guizhou,Yunnan and Anhui provinces.The results show that the special education students have a high level of special education feelings except caring for the disabled,but the level of professional identity,professional loyalty and educational belief is not so high.The educational belief of Junior special education students is significantly lower than that of the students in other grades;Students majoring in special education who watched six or more films and TV series featuring the disabled had significantly better professional identity,professional loyalty and care for the disabled than students who watched less than six films.It is suggested to strengthen the education of belonging of special education major in university;theory teaching and practice in parallel,increase the chance of successful experience,strengthen the sense of teaching efficacy;increase the amount film and television works shot by disabled and increase the amount of film and television viewing by the disabled.
