温度变化对球阀扭矩的影响

摘要 对两个典型规格的固定球球阀在不同温度工况下的扭矩进行了实测,得到球阀在不同温度工况下的大致变化规律,并与相同温度工况下阀门的理论计算扭矩进行了对比分析,验证了理论计算扭矩和实测扭矩的相符性。 In this paper,the torque of two typical type of trunnion-mounted ball valves under different temperature conditions is measured,and the approximate change law of the torque of the ball valve under different temperature conditions is obtained,and it is compared with the theoretical calculation torque of the valve under the same temperature condition.Verifies the consistency between the theoretical calculated torque and the actual measured torque.
