摘要
针对安全阀两相流定径计算方法,详细介绍和分析了等熵积分法、ω法、ωs法和简单叠加法的计算步骤,指出了四种方法的区别、联系与适用工况,并针对两相流定径计算中的排量系数和背压修正系数,给出了对应不同工况的取值方法。
For the two-phase flow sizing calculation method of safety valve,the calculation steps of the direct integration of the isentropic nozzle flow method、ωmethod、ωmethod and simple superposition method are introduced in detail.The differences,relations and applicable conditions of the four methods are pointed out.For discharge coefficient and backpressure correction factor,the value methods corresponding to different working conditions are given.
