预检分诊护士职业韧性与建言行为的关系及工作旺盛感的中介作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 在新冠疫情背景下,探讨预检分诊护士职业韧性与建言行为的关系,以及工作旺盛感的中介作用。方法 2020年1月—2021年1月,采用一般资料调查表、职业韧性量表、建言行为量表和工作旺盛感量表对120名预检分诊护士进行调查。结果 Pearson相关性结果显示,工作旺盛感、职业韧性与建言行为均存在正相关关系(r=0.794,0.634;P<0.05);Bootstrap中介效应显示,工作旺盛感在预检分诊护士职业韧性与建言行为间存在中介作用,中介效应占总效应的38.15%。结论 工作旺盛感是预检分诊护士职业韧性和建言行为的中介变量,护理管理者可以通过加强工作旺盛感,促进护士的建言行为。 Objective To explore the relationship between the professional resilience of pre-examination and triage nurses and their voice behavior,as well as the mediating role of their sense of exuberance in the context of the COVID-19.Methods A total of 120 pre-examination and triage nurses from January 2020 to January 2021were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,occupational resilience scale,voice behavior scale,and job empowerment scale.Results Pearson correlation results showed that there was a positive correlation between job exuberance,career resilience,and voice behavior(r=0.794,0.634;P<0.05);the Bootstrap mediating eff ect showed that job exuberance had a mediating eff ect between the professional resilience and voice behavior of pre-examination and triage nurses,with the mediating eff ect accounting for 38.15%of the total eff ect.Conclusion Job exuberance is a mediator between occupational resilience and voice behavior of pre-examination and triage nurses.Nursing managers can enhance job exuberance and promote voice behavior among nurses.
