摘要
深海水下闸阀和驱动器是水下采油树、出油管线、水下管汇系统等水下生产系统装备中不可或缺的设备,其密封的可靠性是影响使用性能和寿命的关键,同时也是该类阀门及驱动器国产化研究的重点。基于对国内外水下闸阀及驱动器的技术特点和应用情况的分析,结合该部件国产化研制的情况,围绕水下闸阀和驱动器密封性能研究这一关键技术问题,从密封结构设计、密封性能分析、密封可靠性验证方法研究、产品样机密封试验验证过程和问题处理等内容进行了全面的分析和研究。针对故障率较高的闸阀密封,创建了阀座密封分析模型,对比分析了不同工况下C形金属密封环的受力和变形趋势,得出了该类密封圈结构优化方案,通过PR2F性能试验验证了设计的可行性,指出影响产品密封性能的主要因素,解决了水下闸阀和驱动器国产化关键技术问题。研究结果可为提升该产品性能和国产化开发提供技术指导。
Deep-sea underwater gate valve and actuator are indispensable devices in subsea production system such as subsea Christmas tree, flow line and subsea manifold system.Their sealing reliability is crucial to their service performance and life, and is also the focus of research on localization of such devices.Based on the analysis of technical characteristics and application of underwater gate valves and actuators, combined with the localized development of the devices, focusing on the key technical problem of sealing performance research of underwater gate valves and actuators, complete analysis and study were conducted from the aspects of seal structure design, sealing performance analysis, sealing reliability verification method research, product prototype leakage test verification process and problem handling.Moreover, a valve seat seal analysis model was built for the gate valve seal with high failure rate, the force and deformation trend of C-shaped metal seal ring under different working conditions were compared and analyzed, and the structure optimization scheme of this type of seal ring was obtained.Finally, the PR2F performance test was conducted to verify the feasibility of the design, the main factors affecting the sealing performance of the products were pointed out, and the key technical problems of localization of underwater gate valves and actuators were solved.The study results provide technical guidance for the performance improvement and localized development of the products.
