2019-2022年福建省规模猪场猪瘟和伪狂犬病的血清学调查与分析

Serological investigation and analysis of swine fever and pseudorabies in large-scale pig farms in Fujian province from 2019 to 2022

摘要 为了解福建省规模猪场猪瘟(CSF)和猪伪狂犬病(PR)的免疫状况,本研究应用ELISA抗体检测技术对2019-2022年福建省222场次的3087份猪血清样品进行抗体检测。结果显示,2019-2022年CSF、PRV-gB和PRV-gE抗体平均阳性率分别为82.57%、85.83%、26.88%。2022年福建地区猪场CSF、PRV-gB免疫抗体水平及保护率均比2021年提高,但PRV野毒感染率有所升高,应加强对PRV野毒的抗体监测及猪群感染的防控。该结果为了解猪场的实时免疫情况及疾病的防控提供参考依据。 In order to understand the immune status of swine fever(CSF)and porcine pseudorabies(PR)in large-scale pig farms in Fu-jian province,this study used ELISA antibody detection technology to detect antibodies in 3087 pig serum samples from 222 farms in Fujian province from 2019 to 2022.The results showed that the average positive rates of swine fever,pseudorabies-gB and pseudora-bies-gE antibodies from 2019 to 2022 were 82.57%,85.83%,and 26.88%,respectively.In 2022,the level and protection rate of CSF and PRV-gB immune antibodies in pig farms in Fujian were higher than those in 2021,but the infection rate of pseudorabies wild virus increased,and the antibody detection and monitoring of pseudorabies wild virus should be strengthened.The results provide a reference for understanding the real-time immune status of pig farms and disease prevention and control.
