簇生朝天椒新品种鼎鼎红的选育

Breeding of a dry-hot pepper cultivar Dingdinghong

鼎鼎红是以DP1-10为母本、KS8-3为父本杂交育成的簇生朝天椒新品种。该品种植株生长势强,平均株高70 cm,开展度72 cm,中早熟,青熟果色深绿、成熟果色亮红。果实表面光滑光亮,辣味浓、品质好。平均果长8 cm,横径1.05 cm,单果质量5 g。皮薄、辣味浓,维生素C含量(w,后同)180 mg·100 g^(-1),辣椒素含量1257 mg·kg^(-1),蛋白质含量14 g·100 g^(-1)。田间表现抗病毒病、疫病和炭疽病。生产试验中,667 m2鲜椒产量达2 296.5 kg,折合干椒产量574.1 kg,适宜河南及周边地区早春露地栽培。2018年7月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记。

Dingdinghong is a new hot pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing DP1-10 as female parent and KS8-3 as male parent.Plants grow vigorously with 70 cm in height and 72 cm in width.It is middle-early variety.The string-shaped fruits are deep green color,with smooth in the fruit surface.The fruit is about 8 cm in length,and 1.05 cm in width.The total contents of capsaicin and VC were 180 mg·100 g^(-1)and 1257 mg·kg^(-1).The properties of protein contains 14 g·100 g^(-1).The cultivar shows the high resistance to virus disease and phytophthora,and resistance to anthracnose in the field.It is suitable for open field cultivation in Henan province,with the yield of dried pepper more than 574.1 kg per 667 m2.The average yield is 2296.5 kg per 667 m2.It has passed the registration of non-major crop varieties by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in 2018.
