摘要
以中绿4号绿豆为试验材料,设置9红1蓝(9R1B,T_(1))、7红3蓝(7R3B,T_(2))、7红2蓝1白(7R2B1W,T_(3))、普通白光LED灯(W,T_(4))4个处理和1个对照(CK,传统暗处理),研究不同光质组合的LED灯对绿豆芽苗生长、光合色素(叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素)含量的影响。结果表明,4种光培养模式下,绿豆芽颜色翠绿,与CK相比,4个处理均不同程度促进绿豆芽苗生长,处理效果为T_(3)>T_(2)>T_(1)>T_(4)>CK,T_(3)处理的下胚轴长比CK增加26.27%,鲜质量增加64.04%,干质量增加29.82%;4个处理的绿豆芽苗光合色素含量为T_(2)>T_(3)>T_(4)>T_(1)>CK,其中CK的光合色素为0。综上,认为4个处理均可增加翠绿色绿豆芽苗菜的产量和综合经济效益,以T_(3)处理效果最好。
Zhonglv No.4 mung bean was used as the test material.Four treatments of 9 red 1 blue(9R1B,T_(1)),7 red 3 blue(7R3B,T_(2)),7 red 2 blue 1 white(7R2B1W,T_(3)),ordinary white LED lamp(W,T_(4))and the control(CK,traditional dark treatment)were set up to study the effects of LED lights with different light quality combinations on the growth and photosynthetic pigment(chlorophyll a,b and carotenoid)content of mung bean sprouts.The results showed that the mung bean sprouts were green under the four light culture modes.Compared with CK,the growth of mung bean sprouts was promoted in different degrees by the four treatments,and the effect was T_(3)>T_(2)>T_(1)>T_(4)>CK.Compared with CK,The hypocotyl length of T3 treatment increased by 26.27%,the fresh weight increased by 64.04%,and the dry weight increased by 29.82%.The photosynthetic pigment content of mung bean sprouts in the four treatments was T_(2)>T_(3)>T_(4)>T_(1)>CK,and the photosynthetic pigment content of CK was 0.In summary,it was considered that the four treatments could increase the yield and comprehensive economic benefits of emerald green mung bean sprouts,and T_(3)treatment had the best effect.
