RCEP视角下的人民币国际化发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of RMB Internationalization from the Perspective of RCEP

近年来,随着中国经济迅猛发展,社会各界对人民币国际化的需求愈发强烈。2020年11月15日,区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)正式签署,RCEP将为中国经济发展带来更加广阔的市场,同时也与人民币国际化的要求不谋而合。在此基础上,通过研究美元、马克、日元国际化的历史经验,结合我国具体国情得出加强区域间经济金融合作是人民币国际化的未来侧重点。利用理论推导和OCA指数测算共同验证出加强与RCEP其他缔约方的经贸往来和货币合作有利于加速人民币国际化进程。最终提出如下建议:(1)重点加强与新加坡、越南、柬埔寨等国的贸易合作;(2)提倡中资银行和金融机构向RCEP区域提供资本服务;(3)加快完善RCEP区域内跨境交易制度和离、在岸市场建设;(4)以数字经济为依托丰富以人民币计价的金融产品的种类;(5)提高我国在复杂区域价值链中的参与度。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,all walks of life are increasingly expressing the desire for RMB internationalization.On November15th,2020,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement(RCEP)was officially signed,which will bring a broader market for China’s economic development and also coincide with the requirements of RMB internationalization.Based on the study of the historical experience of internationalization of US dollar,Mark and Yen and China’s national conditions,this paper concludes that strengthening inter-regional economic and financial cooperation is the future focus of RMB internationalization.The theoretical derivation and OCA index calculation collectively verify that strengthening economic and trade contacts and monetary cooperation with other RCEP parties are conducive to accelerating RMB internationalization.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)focusing on trade cooperation with Singapore,Vietnam,Cambodia and other countries;(2)encouraging Chinese banks and financial institutions to provide capital services to the RCEP region;(3)accelerating the improvement of cross-border transaction system and the construction of offshore and onshore markets in RCEP region;(4)enriching the types of financial products priced in RMB on the basis of digital economy;(5)increasing China’s engagement in the complex regional value chain.
