摘要
在数字经济快速发展的大背景下,面对数字人民币这一新型资金形态,作为企业集团资金集中管理平台的财务公司,深入探讨其如何运营,积极做好适应性转型,既是服务实体经济的需要,也是自身持续健康发展的需要。通过SWOT模型的系统分析,有助于企业集团财务公司在推广应用数字人民币的过程中,如何用好自身优势、补上自身短板、抓住市场机遇、直面风险挑战,以便找准运营转型的路径和方向。并基于此,为企业集团财务公司提出了有针对性的基本定位策略、经营发展策略、财务管控策略、资金池运营策略、新型数字基础设施建设策略、数字人民币生态建设策略、风险管控策略等七大系列的具体举措。
Under the background of rapid development of digital economy,facing DCEP,the new fund form,the finance company as the centralized fund management platform of enterprise groups deeply discusses how to operate and actively makes adaptive transformation,which is both the need to serve the real economy and the need for its own sustainable and healthy development.The systematic analysis of SWOT model is helpful for finance companies of enterprise groups to make good use of their own advantages,make up for their own weaknesses,seize market opportunities,and face risk challenges in the process of promoting the application of DCEP,so as to find the right path and direction for operation transformation.Based on this,seven specific measures are proposed including targeted positioning strategy,business development strategy,financial control strategy,capital pool operation strategy,construction of new digital infrastructure strategy,ecological construction of DCEP strategy,and risk control strategy.
