摘要
绿色信贷是绿色金融的重要组成部分,也是环境规制在金融信贷资源配置层面的具体应用。考察绿色信贷政策对企业创新绩效的影响,以2012年《绿色信贷指引》的发布作为准自然实验,运用双重差分方法,研究发现:《绿色信贷指引》的实施对企业创新产出具有显著正向影响,表明企业创新绩效显著提高;绿色信贷政策对企业创新绩效的促进作用在绿色发展水平较高的区域更显著。上述研究表明绿色信贷具有创新溢出效应,有效落实绿色信贷政策、提高区域绿色发展水平有助于提升企业创新能力。
Green credit is an important part of green finance,and it is also the specific application of environmental regulations at financial credit resource allocation.Taking Green Credit Guidelines released in 2012 as a quasi-natural experiment,using the difference-in-difference method,this paper investigates the impact of green credit policies on the innovation performance of enterprises.The research shows that the implementation of Green Credit Guidelines has a significantly positive impact on the innovation output of enterprises,and the innovation performance of enterprises is dramatically improved;the contribution of green credit policies to enterprises’innovation performance is more significant in regions with higher levels of green development.The above-mentioned research shows that green credit has innovation spillover effect,and the effective implementation of green credit policies and the improvement of regional green development will help enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.
