摘要
收集2005-2018年我国内地除西藏外30个省份的相关数据,利用熵值法构建地区经济增长质量综合评价指标,并测算各地区人才要素集聚度,推导扩展的C-D生产函数,探究了人才要素集聚对经济增长质量的影响和溢出效应,并进一步探究影响机制传导路径。结果表明,一定地域范围内高素质人才集聚对当地经济增长质量有明显的正向促进效应,并对邻近省份存在溢出效应。另外,创新水平的提高和技术转型升级均能够作为中介传导进一步促进人才集聚对经济增长质量的推动作用。
The relevant data of 30 provinces in China's Mainland except Tibet from 2005 to 2018 were collected.The entropy value method was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index of regional economic growth quality,and measure the talent factor agglomeration degree of each region to derive an extended C-D production function,which explored the influence and spillover effect of talent factor agglomeration on economic growth quality and further explored the transmission path of the influence mechanism.The results show that the agglomeration of high-quality talents within a certain geographical area has a significant positive contribution effect on the quality of local economic growth,and has a spillover effect on neighboring provinces.In addition,the improvement of innovation level and technological transformation and upgrading can further contribute to the promotion of talent agglomeration on the quality of economic growth as a mediating transmission.
