产学研深度融合背景下金融专硕培养中的政府作用研究

对产学研深度融合背景下金融专硕培养的过程中政府的作用进行探讨。当前产学研合作过程中政府在引导产学研合作的政策规划、协调区域发展、协调和监督机构等方面存在职能缺位的现象,造成这些问题是由于不完善的国家创新体系、政府职能转变不到位、不顺畅的科技管理体制造成的。针对问题成因,提出了深化科技体制改革,推动三方主体的合作、完善产学研合作发展规划和政策、设置专门的监督协调机构等政策建议。

under the background of fully implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,this paper discusses the role of the government in the process of professional master training under the background of industry university research integration.At present,in the process of industry university research cooperation,the government has a lack of functions in guiding the planning and policies of industry university research cooperation,coordinating regional development and setting up special coordination and supervision institutions.These problems are caused by the imperfect national innovation system,the inadequate transformation of government functions and the unsmooth Science and technology management system.In view of the existing problems and their causes,this paper puts forward some measures such as deepening the reform of science and technology system,promoting the cooperation among the three main bodies,improving the development planning and policies of industry university research cooperation,and setting up special supervision and coordination institutions.
