关于激发大学生创新创业意识的研究——基于多学科交叉融合创业教育

摘要 通过开发多学科交叉融合创业教育模式,探索大学生创新创业意识的培养路径。采用逻辑分析的方法,首先剖析多学科交叉融合创业教育和创新创业意识的内涵,进而探索多学科交叉融合创业教育创新路径,在路径实施中以期达到激发大学生创新创业意识的作用。多学科交叉融合创业教育改变传统的创业教育理念,重新设计创业教育课程体系,更新创业教育教学方法,转化创业教育机制。因此,多学科交叉融合创业教育的全面实施可以有效激发和培育大学生的创新创业意识,能带动更多的大学生走上创业之路,实现创业带动就业,缓解大学生结构性就业矛盾,实现人职匹配,促进高校教学改革。 Through the development of interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education model,this paper explores the cultivation path of college students’consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship.Using the method of logical analysis,this paper first analyzes the connotation of interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,and then explores the innovative path of interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education,in order to achieve the role of stimulating college students’innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness in the implementation of the path.Interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education changes the traditional concept of entrepreneurship education,redesigns the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education,updates the teaching methods of entrepreneurship education,and transforms the mechanism of entrepreneurship education.Therefore,the comprehensive implementation of interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education can effectively stimulate and cultivate college students’consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship,drive more college students to embark on the road of entrepreneurship,realize employment driven by entrepreneurship,alleviate the structural employment contradiction of college students,realize person-job fit,and promote the teaching reform of colleges and universities.
