慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭采用医养结合模式下的延续护理临床效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of continuing nursing under the mode of combination of medical care and nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

目的分析基于医养结合模式的延续护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstnuctive pulmonary disease,COPD)合并呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月至2022年2月本院收治的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者74例,随机分为研究组与对照组各37例。对照组采取常规化护理,研究组采取基于医养结合模式的延续护理。对比护理前后两组生活质量、情绪状态、并发症发生情况、血气功能指标与肺功能。结果研究组护理后血气指标(pH、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2))及肺功能指标(FEV1、FVC、FVC)均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组情绪心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各方面评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于医养模式的延续护理能够有效提升患者的心肺功能与血气状态,降低消极负面情绪及并发症发生率,改善生活质量状况,护理效果佳且安全性较理想。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of continuing nursing under the mode of combination of medical care and nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 74 COPD patients with respiratory failure admitted from our hospital from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and study group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the study group took continuous nursing based on the combination of medical care and nursing.Quality of life,emotional state,complications,blood gas function index and lung function were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The blood gas indexes(pH,PaO 2,PaCO 2)and lung function indexes(FEV 1,FVC,FVC)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of emotional and mental state of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on medical maintenance mode can effectively improve patients'cardiopulmonary function and blood gas status,reduce negative emotions and complications,improve quality of life,nursing effect is good and safety is ideal.
