家庭督导对耐多药肺结核患者自我管理的影响

Effect of family supervision on self-management of patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨家庭督导对耐多药肺结核患者自我管理的影响。方法选择本院2020年7月至2021年12月收治的耐多药肺结核患者123例,分为研究组62例和对照组61例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予护士协同家庭督导管理,观察两组自我管理情况。结果研究组按时复诊率和按时用药率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组营养、压力应对、健康责任、运动锻炼评分高于对照组(P<0.05),其余维度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组自我管理程度以及生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士协同家庭督导管理可促进患者按时复查和用药,保持健康行为,提高自我管理能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of family supervision on the self-management of patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods A total of 123 patients with MDR-TB who were treated in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(61 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given nurses cooperating with family supervision,and the self-management of the two groups was observed.Results The rate of return visit and medication on time in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of nutrition,stress response,health responsibility and exercise in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The differences of other dimensions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses cooperating with family supervision can promote patients to review and use drugs on time,maintain healthy behaviors,and improve self-management ability and quality of life.
