细节护理在全肺切除术中的应用

Application of detail nursing in pneumonectomy

目的探讨细节护理在全肺切除术中的应用价值。方法选择2019年11月至2021年12月在本院行全肺切除术患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予细节护理。比较两组术后护理效果。结果术后3d、5d、7d,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后QLQ-C30量表各维度评分均提高,观察组躯体、认知、情绪、角色、社会功能和总体健康状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于全肺切除术患者,能够降低术后并发症,提高生活质量,缓解术后疼痛。

Objective To explore the application value of detail nursing in pneumonectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent pneumonectomy in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detail nursing.The postoperative nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3,5 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of QLQ-C30 scale were improved.The scores of body,cognition,emotion,role,social function and overall health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail nursing in patients with pneumonectomy can reduce postoperative complications,improve quality of life and relieve postoperative pain.
