超声引导下前锯肌平面阻滞在乳腺手术中的应用进展

Advances in ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane blocks in breast surgery

前锯肌平面阻滞(Serratus anterior plane block,SAPB)是用于乳腺手术重要的区域阻滞方法之一,又因在超声引导下具有操作简单、安全性高、成功率高、并发症少等优点而得到普及。SAPB通过阻滞肋间神经外侧皮支、胸长神经和胸背神经达到乳腺手术区域镇痛的目的。本文通过回顾近10年国内外关于SAPB用于乳腺手术的研究,对相关解剖、操作方法、临床应用及影响阻滞效果的因素等进行综述,为临床提供参考。

The serratus anterior plane block(SAPB)is one of the most important regional blocks used in breast surgery and has gained popularity because of its simplicity,safety,success rate and low complications under ultrasound guidance.The purpose of SAPB is to provide regional analgesia for breast surgery.In this paper,we review the recent studies on SAPB in breast surgery at home and abroad,and review the relevant anatomy,operation method,clinical application and factors affecting the effect of the block,in order to provide clinical reference.
