特高拱坝施工进度仿真研究与应用

摘要 针对高拱坝仓数多、约束条件多、关系复杂等难题,为确保白鹤滩大坝整体均衡、连续上升,借鉴二滩、小湾、锦屏一级、溪洛渡、大岗山等拱坝施工进度仿真经验,融合工程物联网与离散系统仿真技术,提出了多要素多维耦合的高拱坝智能进度仿真理论,研发了特高拱坝进度仿真系统,实现了基于BIM全参数驱动的动态分层、图形化快速建模及施工进度的动态分析。工程应用实践表明,该仿真系统功能应用良好,为现场施工计划的编制、进度动态管理,提供了科学指导。 There are many difficulties in the construction of super-high arch dams such as the large number of pouring blocks and the various constraint conditions and complex relationships between the pouring blocks.In order to ensure the overall balanced and continuous pouring construction of the dam in Baihetan Hydropower Station project,an intelligent construction progress simulation theory for high arch dams considering multiple factors and multi-dimensional coupling is proposed and a construction progress simulation system of super-high arch dams is developed.Taking the construction progress simulation experience in Ertan,Xiaowan,Jinping I,Xiluodu and Dagangshan arch dams as reference,and integrating the engineering Internet of Things and discrete system simulation technologies,the system realizes the dynamic layering,rapid graphical modeling and dynamic analysis of construction progress based on BIM full parameter driving.Engineering application practice shows that the developed simulation system functions well,which provides scientific guidance for the preparation of in-situ construction plans and the dynamic management of construction progress.
