摘要
当500 kV气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(GIS)断路器中SF6气体压力过低时,通过SF6密度继电器和重动继电器来闭锁断路器分合闸回路。本文针对目前某开关厂生产的500 kV高压断路器中SF6压力低闭锁回路中存在的设计缺陷,经对比分析、并结合发电厂实际运行条件,提出了相应的优化改进方案,既精简了控制回路,又符合南网相关技术标准和精益化检查标准,满足功能要求,并进一步提高了SF6压力低闭锁回路的可靠性,确保了断路器的安全稳定运行。
When the SF6 gas pressure in a 500 kV gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS)breaker is too low,the opening and closing circuit of the breaker will be locked by the SF6 gas density relay and the reset relay.However,design defects exist in the low SF6 gas pressure locking circuit of the 500 kV high voltage breakers produced by a switch factory.Considering the actual operation conditions of the power plant,an optimization scheme is proposed,which not only simplifies the control circuit,but also conforms the relevant technical standards and inspection criteria of the power grid and satisfies the functional requirements.It also further improves the reliability of the low SF6 gas pressure locking circuit and ensures the safe and stable operation of the breakers.
