大型灯泡贯流式水轮机主轴密封漏水过大原因分析及解决方法

摘要 某电站安装6台灯泡贯流式水轮机,设备投运不久后,个别水轮机在运行过程中出现主轴密封漏水过大现象。通过介绍该电站贯流式水轮机主轴密封结构,结合主轴密封检修实际情况,分析主轴密封漏水过大原因,给出主轴密封漏水过大处理方法,为类似灯泡贯流式电站处理主轴密封漏水过大问题提供参考。 Shortly after the six bulb tubular hydro-turbine units installed in a hydropower station were put into operation,excessive leakage problem of the main shaft seal was observed in several units.The main shaft seal structure of the tubular units is introduced firstly.Then,the causes of the excessive leakage problem are analyzed based on the actual maintenance of the main shaft seal.Treatment measures are then proposed accordingly.It provides useful reference for the treatment of excessive leakage problem of main shaft seal in similar bulb tubular stations.
