应用型本科高校产教融合难点与发展动力研究

The Challenges and Development Power of Integration Between Industry and Education in Applied-oriented Colleges and Universities

产教融合是应用型本科高校实现转型升级的可靠抓手,也是积极响应社会经济发展需要与中国教育现代化2035战略目标的有效途径。以应用型本科高校产教融合难点、发展动力与提升策略为研究对象,通过研究发现:应用型本科高校产教融合普遍存在合作模式、企业参与意愿、“双师型”师资队伍与政府引领与监管等方面的问题;当前的产教融合发展动力主要在于高校与企业人员素质提升、学校与企业设施资源互补共享、高校学生就业与企业招聘、科研成果培育与转化四方面的需要;可从深化应用型本科高校内涵建设、通过产业学院推动科研成果与人才培育、提高企业参与产教融合的“话语权”、校企共建高素质“双师双能型”师资队伍与多元主体共推等方面推动应用型本科高校产教融合深入发展。

The integration between industry and education is not only a reliable starting point for the transformation and upgrading of applied-oriented colleges and universities,but also an effective way to actively respond to the needs of social and economic development and the 2035 strategic goal of China′s educational modernization.Taking the challenges,development power and promotion strategies of integration between industry and education in application-oriented colleges and universities as the research object,it is found that the existing common problems are the cooperation mode,willingness of enterprises to participate,double qualified teachers and government guidance and supervision.At present,the driving force of the integration between industry and education mainly lies in the following aspects:the improvement of personnel quality in colleges and enterprises,the complementary sharing of facilities resources between schools and enterprises,the employment of college students and the recruitment of enterprises,and the cultivation and transformation of scientific research achievements.By deepening the connotation construction of application-oriented colleges and universities,promoting the cultivation of scientific research achievements and talents in industrial colleges,improving the"discourse power"of enterprises and co-building high-quality"double qualified"teachers and the joint promotion of multiple subjects,the integration between industry and education in application-oriented colleges and universities can be further promoted.
