摘要
使用C8-10醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、氢氧化钠和氯化苄为原料进行醚化封端反应,制备用于食品洗涤剂的苄基封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。讨论了碱和苄醚化试剂的种类、反应物摩尔比对反应和产品指标的影响,并对产物进行表征以及应用性能评价。结果表明,脂肪醇聚醚、氢氧化钠、氯化苄的摩尔比为1∶1.2∶1时,可以制备出封端率较高,无氯化苄残留的高质量产品。
Benzyl capped fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether was prepared from the C8-10 alcohol polyoxyethylene poly propylene ether,sodium hydroxide and benzyl chloride.Benzyl capped fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether is particularly suitable for food detergents.The effects of the types of alkali and benzyl etherification reagents,molar ratio of reactants on the reaction and product indexes were discussed,and the products were characterized and evaluated.The results show that when the molar ratio of fatty alcohol polyether,sodium hydroxide and benzyl chloride is 1∶1.2∶1,the product with high sealing rate and no benzyl chloride residue can be prepared.
