摘要
利用O-(4-硝基苄)羟基胺盐酸盐为衍生化剂与试样中的羰基化合物反应生成肟,建立了柱前衍生、以十八烷基硅烷作为固定相、利用紫外检测器在280 nm处测定聚乙二醇系列产品中醛类物质的高效液相色谱法,考察了样品衍生化条件,绘制甲醛-肟、乙醛-肟及丙醛-肟的外标法曲线。实验结果表明,聚乙二醇中的残留羰基化合物经衍生化后可实现较好分离,本方法回收率为96%,检测限为1 mg/kg。此方法具有测定范围广、检测限低等优点,适用于对聚乙二醇系列产品中甲醛、乙醛、丙醛的质控分析。
