A Study on the Relationship Among Job Well-Being,Job-Esteem and Social Support of New Nurses Based on Job Demands-Resources Model

摘要 目的 基于工作要求-资源模型分析新护士社会支持、工作幸福和职业尊重之间的关系,并探讨职业尊重在社会支持与工作幸福中的中介效应。方法 采用护士职业尊重感量表(JES-HN)、医院护士工作幸福问卷、社会支持问卷对265名新护士进行调查。采用AMOS20.0建立结构方程模型,结合模型,通过Process 3.3进行中介效应检验。结果 265名新护士工作幸福总分为(81.41±12.43)分,职业尊重总分为(97.78±10.77)分,社会支持总分为(35.11±5.75)分。社会支持、职业尊重与工作幸福总分呈正相关(r=0.28、0.58,P<0.05)。职业尊重在新护士社会支持与工作幸福间的中介效应显著(P<0.05)。结论 新护士社会支持通过职业尊重间接正向预测工作幸福。 Objective To analyze the relationship among social support,occupational well-being and job-esteem of new nurses based on Job Demands-Resources model,and explore the mediating effect of job-esteem on social support and occupational well-being.Methods A total of 265 new nurses were investigated with job-esteem scale for hospital nurses(JES‐HN),occupational well-being questionnaire for hospital nurses and social support questionnaire.The structural equation model was constructed by AMOS 20.0.And the mediation effect was tested by PROCESS3.3.Results The total scores of 265 new nurses were(81.4±12.43)points for job well-being(,97.78±10.77)points for job-esteem,and(35.11±5.75)points for social support.The total scores of social support and job-esteem were positively correlated with the total score of occupational well-being(r=0.28,r=0.58,respectively,P<0.05).The mediating effect of job-esteem on social support and occupational well-being of new nurses was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The social support of new nurses has an indirect positive predictive effect on job well-being through job-esteem.
