ICP-MS法测定碳纤维中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁含量

Determination of Potassium,Sodium,Calcium,Magnesium and Iron in Carbon Fiber by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了一种利用ICP-MS测定碳纤维中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁元素含量的方法。高温煅烧后的碳纤维消解、提取后经ICPMS测定各元素含量,同时利用在线内标监测,校正基体干扰和分析信号的漂移。结果表明,该方法能够获得较低的检出限,满足检测需求,同时各元素在一定含量范围内存在良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),且具有良好的精密度及准确度。 A method for the determination of potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium and iron in carbon fiber by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The carbon fiber calcined at high temperature was digested and extracted,and the content of each element was determined by ICP-MS.At the same time,the matrix interference and the drift of the analysis signal were monitored and corrected by using the online internal standard.The results showed that the lower detection limits in this method could be obtained and met the detection requirements.Meanwhile,there was a good linear relationship(r≥0.999)among the elements in a certain content range by this method,and it had good precision and accuracy.
