公园城市理念下合肥市区公园可达性研究

On the Accessibility of Multi-scale Urban Parks in Hefei Based on the Park City Concept

公园是践行公园城市理念不可或缺的空间命脉骨架,可达性是评估公园布局科学合理性的根本要素之一。立足公园城市理念核心内涵与实践经验,采用两步移动搜索法评估合肥市多尺度公园在不同时间阈值下集成绿色出行方式的可达性水平,使用莫兰指数剖析其空间集聚特征及供需匹配关系。结论如下:①合肥市市区城市公园综合可达性呈现“南高北低”分布态势,以南部包河区为核心逐渐递减。②三级综合公园为供给主要类型,小型游园辐射范围明显不足。③蜀山区、包河区存在供需匹配差异,面临“人口多处供不应求、人口少处供大于求”的资源分配问题。④结合国土空间规划提出增加小微游园数量、提升包河区人口吸纳能力等建议。

Parks are indispensable space for the implementation of the park city concept,and accessibility is one of the fundamental elements in assessing the scientific rationality of park layout.Based on the core connotation of the park city concept and practical experience,the improved two-step mobility search method is used to assess the accessibility level of multi-scale parks in Hefei city under certain time thresholds to analyse their spatial clustering characteristics and causes through the Moran’I.The main findings are as follows.(1)The accessibility of urban parks in Hefei city shows a distribution trend of"high in the south and low in the north",with the core of Baohe District gradually decreasing and the accessibility value of the central district at an intermediate level.(2)Three levels of comprehensive parks are the main types to serve residents’needs,and the small number of small parks leads to a small radius of radiation.(3)The problem of resource allocation is that demand exceeds supply where the population is large,while supply exceeds demand where the population is small.(4)In the context of comprehensive territorial spatial planning of Hefei,suggestions were made to increase the number of recreational parks and enhance the population absorption capacity of Baohe District.
