皖南“小三线”工业文化景观特征阐释

On the Characteristics of the Industrial Cultural Landscape of a“Third-line”City in Southern Anhui

三线建设兼具“工业”与“自然”双重属性,特殊的历史背景和山地环境使其演化为特色鲜明的工业文化景观。以皖南“小三线”为例,运用技术哲学考察这一具有“现代性”特征的工业文化景观,使其“文化性”回归工业文化体系重新思考,而非以往“文物”语境下的解读。继而在自然体系、技术体系、文化体系的三线工业文化景观框架建构下,从三线工业文化景观的技术本质阐释其深层次的文化哲学特征。

The construction of a third-line city embodies both industrial and natural characteristics,whose special historical background and mountainous environment make it evolve into a distinctive industrial cultural landscape.With a third-line city in southern Anhui as an example,this paper studies its industrial cultural landscape with modern characteristics in the context of technology philosophy,makes its cultural nature restored to the industrial cultural system,without being interpreted in the context of cultural relics any more.Then,under the framework of natural,technological and cultural system of the third-line city cultural landscape,its cultural and philosophical characteristics are explained from its technological nature.
