摘要 为了探究华东地区装配式建筑供应链运作过程中的效率水平以及低碳程度,结合SCOR模型以及装配式建筑实际特点,形成了装配式建筑供应链运作效率评价的初步流程。基于扎根理论方法对华东地区的6省1市获得的关于运作效率评价流程与低碳装配式建筑供应链的半开放式访谈资料进行编码分析,析取指标,建立了低碳视角下华东地区装配式建筑供应链运作效率评价指标体系。采用结构熵权法—模糊综合评价法对A建设单位的预制混凝土租赁住宅T项目的供应链运作效率进行综合评价分析,得出该建筑项目供应链运作效率整体水平“较高”的结论,验证了该指标体系的可行性。 In order to explore the efficiency and low carbon level in the operation of the prefabricated building supply chain in East China,with SCOR model and the actual characteristics of prefabricated buildings,a preliminary process for evaluating the operational efficiency of prefabricated building supply chain has been formed.Based on the Grounded Theory method,the semi open interview data about the operational efficiency evaluation process and low-carbon prefabricated building supply chain obtained by 6 provinces and 1 city in East China have been coded and analyzed,and indicators have been extracted to establish an evaluation index system for its operational efficiency from a low-carbon perspective.Using the structural entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the supply chain operation efficiency of the prefabricated concrete rental housing T project of the construction unit A,and draws the conclusion that the overall level of the supply chain operation efficiency of the construction project is“high”,which verifies the feasibility of the index system.
