摘要
2019年1月,教育部启动能力提升工程2.0,随后各地通过“试点先行”的方式开展试点校整校推进工作。该研究对安徽省16市48所试点校能力提升工程2.0整校推进的现状进行调查研究,发现在“选”“学”“用”“评”几个环节存在的问题,进而提出落实制度保障,促进教育行政部门达成共识;关注培训需求,帮助教师选择微能力点;引导教师深度参与,助力教师“赋能”;发挥培训团队指导力,构建“伴随式”指导模式四种整校推进优化策略。
In January 2019,the Ministry of Education launched the National Competency Promotion Project 2.0,and then all localities carried out the whole school promotion through the“pilot first”approach.This study investigates the current situation of 48 pilot schools in 16 cities of Anhui Province and finds out the problems in the links of“selection”,“learning”,“application”and“evaluation”.Then it puts forward four optimization strategies:implementation of system guarantee to promote the educational administrative departments to reach a consensus;attention to the training needs to help teachers select micro competence points;teachers’deep participation to help with their empowerment;guidance of the training team to construct four optimization strategies for the whole school to promote the“accompanying”guidance mode.
