幼小衔接中幼儿心理品质培养策略

摘要 幼小衔接是大班幼儿升入小学时重要的一个环节。升入小学面对一个全新的环境和教学方式,对于大班幼儿来说是一个不小的挑战,让幼儿提前做好幼小衔接,是大班教师的教学重点之一。让幼儿更好地适应小学生活,拥有一个良好的心理品质是前提。结合大班幼儿实际心理现状,针对问题提出了相关培养策略:应从加强心理认知、家园共育等路径着手共同激发幼儿对小学阶段学习的正向的心理愿望、培养良好的沟通意识和学习习惯,提升幼儿心理适应能力。 The transition between kindergarten and primary school is an important part of the process for senior class children entering primary school.After entering primary school,facing a new environment and teaching method will be a significant challenge for them.Therefore,ensuring transition between kindergarten and primary school is one of the teaching priorities for senior class teachers.Having a good psychological quality is a prerequisite for young children to better adapt to primary school life.Based on the actual psychological situation of senior class children,relevant training strategies have been proposed to address the above problem:starting from strengthening psychological cognition and home-kindergarten co-education,we should jointly stimulate children s positive psychological desires for primary school learning,cultivate good communication awareness and learning habits,and enhance children s psychological adaptability.
