摘要
蒸糠工艺排放的废热蒸汽中蕴含较多具备一定品位的热能,直接散失至大气将产生巨大的能源浪费。引入蒸糠机节能系统,废热蒸汽经金属薄膜热分离技术处理后纯化为洁净的再生蒸汽,进一步经增压处理后返回蒸糠机循环使用,从而实现高效的余热回收利用,节能效果可达40%以上,大幅降低了生产设备能耗,达到了节能减排的目的。
The waste steam produced during chaff steaming contains numerous thermal energy,and its direct lost to the atmosphere will result in huge energy waste.An energy-saving system tailored for the chaff steamer is introduced,which collects and reuses the thermal energy of the waste steam through MFTS(metal film thermal separation)technology,and regenerates high-quality fresh steam for the chaff steamer after purification and recompression.The system can reduce the energy consumption by more than 40%,and can achieve the purpose of carbon emission reduction.
