摘要
与GB 5009.225—2016《食品安全国家标准酒中乙醇浓度的测定》[1]酒精度检测方法,以及GB5009.2—2016《食品安全国家标准食品相对密度的测定》[2]密度检测方法相比较,研究了近红外光谱法快速测定黄酒酒精度和密度方法的准确性和稳定性。结果表明,近红外光谱法操作简单快速,检测结果准确度和稳定性均较高,可作为快速检测黄酒酒精度和密度的一种方法。
Compared with the alcohol content detection method provided in national standard GB 5009.225-2016,and the density de-tection method provided in national standard GB 5009.2-2016,this paper studies the accuracy and stability of the near-infrared spec-troscopy method for the rapid detection of alcohol content and density of Huangjiu.The results show that the near-infrared spectrosco-py is simple and fast to operate,and the detection results have high accuracy and stability,which can be used for the rapid detection of alcohol content and density of Huangjiu.
