葡萄酒旅游产业高质量发展的路径探讨——以烟台为例

Discussion on the Path of High-Quality Development of Wine Tourism Industry: a Case Study on Yantai

葡萄酒旅游产业作为葡萄酒产业与旅游产业相结合的产物,是一二三产业融合发展的典型产业,葡萄酒旅游的高质量发展能够促进区域产业结构升级和葡萄酒产业可持续发展。烟台作为亚洲唯一的“国际葡萄·葡萄酒城”,葡萄酒旅游产业发展历史悠久,但随着葡萄酒旅游产业进一步发展,专业人才短缺、旅游项目单调、政府治理模式单一和缺乏品牌营销等问题逐步凸显。本研究以烟台为例,在梳理葡萄酒旅游产业发展现状的基础上提出了促进葡萄酒旅游高质量发展的建议。

As a product of the combination of wine industry and tourism industry,the wine tourism industry is a typical industry of the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and the high-quality development of wine tourism can promote the upgrading of regional industrial structure and the sustainable development of the wine industry.As the only“internation-al grape and wine city”in Asia,Yantai has a long history of wine tourism.With the development of the wine tourism industry,the problems including the shortage of professional talents,the monotony of tourism projects,the single governance mode and the lack of brand marketing have gradually become prominent.This paper reviews the current development situation of the wine tourism industry in Yantai,and puts forward some suggestions for the high-quality development of wine tourism.
