多功能视角下烟台葡萄酒产业融合现状及创新机制研究

Current Situation and Innovation Mechanism of Yantai Wine Industry Integration Based on Agricultural Multifunction

发挥农业多功能性是产业融合的重要目标,多功能性特征为行业产业融合创新指出方向。文章从宏观和微观两个层面分析烟台市和当地龙头代表企业的产业融合现状,立足农业多功能性,从经济、社会、文化、生态等层面分析烟台市葡萄酒产业融合效益,进一步将葡萄酒产业多功能体现细分为丰富产品供给、区域引擎带动、农民就业扶贫、人力资本提升、文化传承创新、美化城市景观六个方面,结合技术、政策、市场、竞争四个方面的创新驱动和产业链延伸与产业间融合的两种典型表现形式,提出葡萄酒产业融合创新的流程图,以期为葡萄酒产业的发展提供有益的借鉴。

It is an important goal of industrial integration to give full play to agricultural multifunction.The multifunction characteris-tics points out the direction of industrial integration and innovation.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial integration of Yantai City and local leading enterprises from macro and micro levels,and then based on agricultural multifunction,analyzes the integration benefits of Yantai wine industry from economic,social,cultural,ecological and other levels.Furthermore,wine industrial multifunction is subdivided into rich product supply,regional engine driving,farmers’employment and poverty alleviation,human capital improvement,cultural inheritance and innovation,and city landscape beautification.Combined with innovation drive of tech-nology,policy,market and competition,and industrial chain extension and industrial integration,the selection flow chart of wine in-dustrial integration and innovation is proposed,so as to provide useful reference for the development of wine industry.
