摘要
普洱市是云南咖啡主产区,咖啡产业链完整,但在种植园管理、咖啡加工、产品开发、品牌打造、营销和高层次专业人才不足等方面存在一些问题,需要通过加强种植园管理、优化咖啡初加工环节,加强产品开发,提高品牌影响力,加大咖旅融合发展和人才培养力度,促进普洱咖啡产业高质量快速发展。
Pu'er city is the main coffee producing area in Yunnan province,and the coffee industry chain is complete.Howev-er,there are some problems in plantation management,coffee processing,product development,brand building,marketing and the lack of high-level professional talents.It is necessary to strengthen the plantation management,optimize the coffee preliminary processing link,enhance product development,improve brand influence,increase the integration of coffee and tourism development and talent training,for promoting the high-quality and rapid development of Pu'er coffee industry.
