上海市民办高校思政课教师职业责任履行现状分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of Professional Responsibility Performance of Teachers with Ideological and Political Course in Shanghai Private Universities

摘要 上海民办高校思政课教师职业责任履行现状调查显示:教师总体具有较强的履责意识,对教学工作热情投入;履责行为方面,辛苦努力,呈现出一定的现实复杂性;履责能力方面,教师对自我教学能力的评价普遍较高,对自我科研能力的评价较教学能力低,但对课堂上学生表现的评价偏低;履责需求方面,超过五成教师对自身职业劳动所得比较满意,教师对自身专业能力提升方面需求明确且迫切。为进一步提升当前思政课教师职业责任履行效能,一是要求思政课教师充分认识并积极应对人工智能时代改变了的受教育者与教学场域,二是要求对思政课教师回归课堂重新发现教育的本质要实现系统性的制度安排。 A status survey on the professional responsibility performance of teachers with ideological and political course in private universities in Shanghai city shows that:teachers have a high sense of responsibility generally and show great enthusiasm for their teaching work;in terms of the performance of fulfilling responsibility,they work hard with a certain complexity in reality;in terms of the ability of fulfilling responsibility,teachers generally have a higher evaluation on their teaching ability,a lower evaluation on their research ability than teaching ability,but a lower evaluation on the students’performance in class;in terms of the demand when fulfilling responsibility,more than 50%of teachers are satisfied with their professional income,and teachers have a clear and urgent demand for the improvement of their professional ability.In order to further improve the performance efficiency of the teachers’professional responsibility with ideological and political course,firstly,the ideological and political course teachers are required to be fully aware of and actively respond to the educatees and the teaching field that have been changed in the era of artificial intelligence;secondly,systematic institutional arrangements are required for ideological and political teachers to return to the classroom and rediscover the essence of education.
