含缺陷锅炉蒸汽管道的安全评定

摘要 以某热电厂在用含缺陷锅炉蒸汽管道为研究对象,采用超声相控阵检测方法确定缺陷类型和尺寸,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对蒸汽管道进行有限元分析,采用GB/T 19624—2019《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》推荐的安全评定方法对存在未熔合、裂纹和未焊透三种缺陷的蒸汽管道进行安全评定,结果表明:该锅炉蒸汽管道中未焊透缺陷不能满足GB/T 19624—2019的评定要求,蒸汽管道存在安全隐患,应对缺陷进行返修处理。 In this paper,the steam pipe of a boiler with defects in use in a thermal power plant is taken as the research object,the ultrasonic phased array detection method is adopted to determine the defect type and size,and the finite element analysis of the steam pipe is carried out with ANSYS Workbench software.The safety assessment method recommended by GB/T 19624—2019“Safety assessment of in-service pressure vessels containing defects”was used to assess the safety of steam pipelines with three defects:unfused,cracked and incomplete welding defects.The results show that:The unwelded defects in the steam pipe of the boiler cannot meet the assessment requirements of GB/T 19624—2019.There are hidden dangers in the steam pipe,and the defects should be repaired.
