摘要
介绍了基于西门子S7-1200PLC的滤材透气率孔径测试机,该测试机能对宽约1.2 m的大面积滤材进行无损伤多点自动测试,解决了国内市场上测试机仅适用小块试样的缺点。介绍了设备的主要机械部件、测试流程和软件设计。经过大量试验研究了影响测试准确性的因素,包括介质与上下气室接触面的气密性、加液量的稳定性以及升压速度等。将测试机的测试结果与透气仪和泡点人工测试设备进行比较,结果表明,该测试机测试准确,重现性好,效率高,对全张试样的质量评估提供有力的技术支持,具有极好的实际应用价值。
The filter permeability aperture tester was introduced based on Siemens S7-1200PLC.The tester can perform nondestructive multi-point automatic test on a large area filter material with a width of about 1.2 m,which solves the shortcoming that the tester only applies to small sample in the domestic market.The main mechanical components,testing process and software design of the equipment were introduced.A large number of experiments were carried out to study the factors affecting the accuracy of the test,including the air tightness of the contact surface between the medium and the upper and lower air chamber,the stability of the filling amount and the speed of pressure boost.The test results of the tester were compared with those of the air permeability tester and bubble point manual test equipment.The results show that the test machine is accurate,reproducible and efficient.It provides strong technical support for the quality assessment of the whole sample and has excellent practical application value.
