基于Pro/E的机械密封的参数选择

摘要 为了有效促进机械密封设计,利用Pro/E开发设计工具设计自动装置系统,结合系统实际设计需求,有效进行相关数值计算,利用Pro/TOOLKIT程序将外部参数转化为内部参数,构建一种新的模型形式,实现参数化设计目标,利用Pro/E自带关系式功能构建新的关系式,实现Pro/E系统内部参数与外部参数之间的联动,设置动环、静环的关系式,结合机械密封的实际情况进行调整,在系统中自动生成二维工程图、零部件三维图,实现系统相关数值的自动装配,将参数输入至系统,计算摩擦副尺寸,主要参数包括动静环宽度、内外径、端面线速度等,控制二维工程图标注与尺寸,对话框按钮显示尺寸差异、尺寸公差、尺寸移动情况等,为摩擦副尺寸计算设计运行程序,以此提升设计效率,增强总体运行效益。 In order to effectively promote the design of mechanical seals,the Pro/E development and design tool was used to design the automatic device system,combined the actual design requirements of the system,the relevant numerical calculations were effectively carried out,the Pro/TOOLKIT program was used to convert the external parameters into internal parameters,and a new model form was built,and the goal of parametric design was achieved,using Pro/E\s own relational function,a new relational expression was built,the linkage between the internal parameters and external parameters of the Pro/E system was realized.The relational expressions of dynamic and static rings were set,and combine mechanical the actual situation of the seal was adjusted,automatically generated two-dimensional engineering drawings and three-dimensional drawings of components in the system,automatic assembly of system-related values was realized,input parameters into the system,and calculated the size of the friction pair,the main parameters included the width of the dynamic and static rings,the inner and outer diameters,end surface line speed,etc.,controlled the annotation and size of the two-dimensional engineering drawing,the dialog button displayed the size difference,size tolerance,size movement,etc.,designed the operation program for the size calculation of the friction pair,so as to improve the design efficiency and enhance the overall operation efficiency.
