基于计算机视觉识别的接线指导及检测方法

摘要 基于计算机视觉识别开发了一种能够快速指导接线工作并且对接线结果进行检测的方法。通过线号识别指导接线,分步判断法检测接线,以产品实物图或者三维模型为基准构建模板,扫条形码,系统自动调用模板主摄像头采集实物匹配模板。创新点在于采用图像拼接算法实现双系统取像融合,模板信息映射至实景,接线前通过识别线号做到提前判断接线位置和指导员工接线。同时,在接完一根线后立即对接线局部图像进行判断,实现高准确度的判断。采用2D识别算法,使得匹配响应时间控制到1s以内,采用漫反射光源,搭配最佳高角度照射打光方式,确保成像质量。实验结果表明,采用此方法指导和检测接线,能克服双系统取样图像拼接畸变、一次性检验准确率低和外部光线干扰等应用难点,大幅提升了接线效率和准确率。 A computer vision recognition method was developed,which could quickly guide the production operator to wire connection and detect the wire connection result.The method guided wiring through line number identification,step-by-step judgment method to detect wiring,constructed a template based on the physical product diagram or 3D model,swept the barcode,and the system automatically called the template main camera to collect the physical match template.The innovation point is the use of image stitching algorithm to achieve dual system image fusion,template information mapping to the real scene,wiring before the identification of the line number to determine the wiring location in advance and guide staff wiring.At the same time,the wiring local image is judged immediately after connecting a wire to achieve a high degree of accuracy.The 2D recognition algorithm makes the matching response time controlled to within 1 s,and the diffuse reflection light source is used with the best high-angle irradiation lightening method to ensure the imaging quality.Experimental results show that the use of this method of guidance and detection of wiring,can overcome the dual system sampling image splicing distortion,one-time inspection accuracy rate is low and external light interference and other application difficulties,significantly improve the wiring efficiency and accuracy.
